Description

Florence horizontal mailboxes are designed for use in larger multi-family apartment buildings, dormitories, office high rises. These time-tested mailboxes are not USPS approved for new installations. The USPS requires properties upgrade to current standards when any remodel or renovation occurs to the property. Any remodel big or small should drive an upgrade to CBU or 4C mailboxes.

• Horizontal mailbox with 25 doors and 1 parcel locker, front load, fully recessed
• Horizontal mailboxes do not meet current USPS requirements for centralized mail delivery
• All aluminum construction with a clear anodized aluminum finish
• Front loading for full in wall mounting and installation
• Tenant mail retrieval and USPS delivery from front of mailbox – one compartment reserved for master / postal access for delivery to unit
• Tenant doors include 5-pin cam lock with two (2) keys each
• Number slot with paper cards for identification
• Each tenant door includes clear plastic window with metal backplate and card for tenant number identification and labeling in the field
• Includes parcel locker door(s) with unique double-locking mechanism design for added mail package security
• Horizontal mailbox unit is 6 doors high and 5 doors wide. One compartment reserved for USPS arrow lock.

Mounting: Recessed Mounted into a Wall

Door ID: Number slot with paper cards for identification. Each tenant door includes clear plastic window with metal backplate and card for tenant number identification and labeling in the field.
